Ranchi, Feb 11: Bihar deputy chief minister and RJD’s senior leader Tejashwi Yadav today landed at Birsa Munda Airport in Jharkhand capital to participate in a party workers’ meeting in Harmu tomorrow.
After he landed, over 100 party workers welcomed him.
Addressing media persons at the airport, the RJD leader said that he will meet Chief Minister Hemant Soren and discuss strategy for the forthcoming elections.
“Before the elections, all opposition parties must be mobilised and campaign together. Regional parties must fight the war with strength, especially in states where they are strong. All parties want to run for additional seats, but they should be given a chance wherever they are strong. We will fortify ourselves. Only then will you be able to run for office,” the RJD leader said, clearing his context.
Those accompanying Yadav included RJD national general secretary and former minister Shyam Rajak, senior RJD leader Abdul Bari Siddiqui, Jharkhand RJD state president Sanjay Singh Yadav, principal general secretary Sanjay Prasad Yadav and former minister Suresh Paswan, Yuva Morcha besides others.
