Jamshedpur, Feb 16: Minimum temperature would witness a rise across Jharkhand by two to three degree Celsius in the next 72 hours, said weathermen at IMD’s Ranchi Met Centre.
Clear sky and dry weather would prevail during the next 24 hours.
“No significant synoptic situation prevails over the state. The north-westerly wind was dominating in most places,” said a duty officer at Ranchi Met Centre.
Statistics revealed that sub-10 chill prevailed in several districts during the past 24 hours.
Ranchi, Daltonganj, Garhwa, Ramgarh Simdega, Bokaro, Dhanbad and several other places recorded less than 10 degree Celsius during the past 24- hours.
The forecast suggested a partly cloudy sky in the South-east and northeast parts while a mainly clear sky in the remaining parts of the state on Friday.
The Met centre also suggested rain and thundershowers this weekend.
