IMD forecasts partly cloudy sky in Jharkhand next week

Jamshedpur, March 2: The clear and dry weather would continue to prevail in Jharkhand for the next few days as IMD’s Ranchi Met Ventre predicted a cloudy sky only next week.

The induced cyclonic circulation over Southwest Rajasthan and adjoining South Pakistan now lies over Southeast Rajasthan & adjoining West Madhya Pradesh extending up to 1.5 Km above mean sea level.

Dry weather prevailed over the state during the past 24- hours. The highest maximum temperature of 35.4°C was recorded at Jamshedpur while the lowest minimum temperature of 12.9°C was recorded at Garhwa.

Weathermen said partly cloudy sky in western parts while mainly clear sky in remaining parts of the state would prevail in the state from March 6, Monday. On March 7, Tuesday partly cloudy sky in the northwestern and adjoining central parts while a mainly clear sky will prevail in the remaining parts of the state.

Statistics suggested that both the maximum and minimum temperatures witnessed a rising trend in the state during the past 48 hours.
