Ramgarh, March 14: A batch of 19 Bhutanese nationals students from the Indian Institute of Legal Metrology, Ranchi, under a field training program visited at Tata Steel West Bokaro Division’s art Automated Rail Motion Weigh-Bridge. During the training programme, the Bhutanese trainees inspected the Automated Rail Motion Weighbridge and understood its advanced features.
Automated Rail Motion Weighbridge is a state-of-the-art RDSO approved, train weighing system, which reports the load and weight of wagons at real time level without stopping. The system ensures accurate and reliable measurement, minimizing any errors that may occur in the weighing process. This system not only saves time, but also reduces the risk of accidents during the weighing process, with increased productivity, efficiency, immediate identification of overloads.
The trainees were accompanied by Sanjay Kumar Singh, Senior Manager, Dispatch, Coal Beneficiation, West Boker Division, Tata Steel during the entire visit.
