New Delhi, April 10: Indian officials dismissed reports of stalling trade negotiations with the UK for trade facilitations on Monday, calling them ‘completely baseless’.
Soon after UK-based The Times reported that India has “disengaged” from trade discussions with Britain since the latter failed to take action against the Khalistani mob that assaulted the Indian High Commission in London last month, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) released a statement.
"Baseless. Denied," says Indian government sources on British media reports on 'Indian govt stopping trade talks over Sikh extremists'.
