Ranchi, May 3: Independent MLA Saryu Roy today dared Health Minister Banna Gupta to file a case against him for raising the issues of possessing a banned weapon as well as the obscene video chats in the court so that everything becomes crystal clear.

In a press statement, Roy, who had met Governor C P Radhakrishna in this regard yesterday, pointed out that the lawyer of Banna Gupta has sent him a legal. “He was enclosing this notice and circular of Government of India. Anyone reading the last paragraph of the circular will understand that both Glock’s 44 and 21 are banned and it is instructed to confiscate it from the one who has it and deposit it in the Government Malkhana. It is worth mentioning that J Biswas & Co. of Kolkata is the only dealer of the manufacturer company of Counter Major Technology in the country,” he said.

“The rest of the things that have been said in the legal notice, the arguments that have been given are false, nonsense. The place for such a notice is in the dustbin. As far as his first defamation case is concerned, till date he has not received the notice from the court. He was waiting for the notice to come, so that he gets a chance to present his point in front of the court,” he has pointed out.
