JN Tata Vocational Training Institute West Bokaro offering skill training programmes

Ramgarh, May 19: JN Tata Vocational Training Institute (JNTVTI), West Bokaro is offering various vocational certificate courses for the local youth with stipulated duration and fee.  After the course, selected competent persons are provided employment opportunities with various vendor partners working with reputed companies, thereby enhancing the quality management system.

JN Tata Vocational Training Institute (JNTVTI) was formed with the objective of “developing talented youth from underprivileged communities into world-class skilled resources”.  JNTVTI is affiliated with the Indian Iron and Steel Sector Council of the National Skill Development Council (NSDC).  Successful trainees of all trades are being awarded with NSQF Level-3/4 Certificates by JNTVTI.

JNTVTI is one such state-of-the-art skill development centre committed to developing infrastructure for world-class learning facilities.  Presently JNTVTI has 8 operational centres located at Tata Steel Jamshedpur, Tata Steel Kalinganagar, Jharia, Joda, West Bokaro, Baliapal and Khapoli.

JNTVTI, West Bokaro Division is currently conducting courses for Riggers, Fitters, Site Safety Supervisors, Gas Cutters cum Welder, Electrician, Scaffolder and Mining Supervisor.  From February 2021 till now, 323 people have successfully completed their courses from here, out of which 264 have been placed.

JN Tata Vocational Training Institute (JNTVTI) is a public charitable trust run by the Learning and Development Department of Tata Steel.  The objective of the trust is to provide skill-based vocational training in various sectors to eligible and interested local youth for employment based on entrepreneurial opportunities.
