Dr RD Paswan has been transferred to the post of simple medical officer in Dumka while  Dr Yugal Kishore Choudhary has been made TB officer in Deoghar where he was Civil Surgeon.

Dr Sanjiv Kumar, Deputy Superintendent of  Dhanbad Sadar Hospital,  who was given additional charge directly from the Governor secretariat in May, has been transferred to Sahibganj as a simple medical officer.

Similarly, Dr Naval Kumar (1990  batch),  CS Simdega, has been transferred with demotion at Garhwa as RCH officer. Another Civil Surgeon Dr Shyamnandan Singh of Chatra has been made Deputy Superintendent of Chaibasa Sadar Hospital.

Dr Anil Kumar, CS Koderma, has also faced demotion as he has been transferred to Latehar as a tuberculosis officer. Bokaro CS Dr Abhay Bhushan Prasad has also been transferred with demotion at West Singhbhum to the post of TB officer.  Lohardagga Civil Surgeon Dr Sanjay Kumar has been transferred to Dumka to the post of  Additional Chief Medical Officer (ACMO).

A senior officer of the state health department said that the medical officers who had been posted in one district for more than nine years, have been tranferred. Moreover, the health department had sought their choice of place for transfer.

But the victims i.e. senior medical officers said that the seniority of doctors was completely ignored and pick and choose policy was adopted with a blindfold.
