Chakradharpur: In a tragic incident early this morning, two people lost their lives and 20 others were injured after 18 coaches of the Howrah-CSMT Express derailed near Badabamboo, about 80 km from Jamshedpur. The derailment occurred around 3:45 am, prompting immediate rescue and relief operations.

“Two people were killed and 20 injured as 18 coaches of the Howrah-Mumbai Mail derailed near Barabamboo. Rescue operations are ongoing, and an NDRF team is rushing to the spot,” West Singhbhum Deputy Commissioner Kuldeep Chaudhary, who is at the accident site, told PTI.
