Ranchi: After recovering from corona infection, post-covid complications are coming to the fore. Patients are also seeing many other problems including shortness of breath, heart related problems, muscle pain, joint pain and osteoarthritis. In such a situation better treatment of post covid patients and Post covid care wards will be set up in all district hospitals of the state for medical consultation. For this, the campaign director of the health department has ordered all the deputy commissioners to set up post covid care wards in the district hospital of their district.
All district hospitals send report by 5 pm
At the same time, the campaign director has also issued instructions to ensure that the information related to the patients coming to the post covid care ward should be sent to the department through email every day by 5:00 pm. A format has also been issued for this.

- Number of patients coming to covid care ward in format
- Number of patients admitted
- How many patients have got the facility of physiotherapy?
- How many patients were discharged and how many were referred to the Higher Treatment Center.
- Every information has to be made available to Dr. Ranjit Mandal nominated by the department by 5 pm through email.
