Ranchi: Students of B.Ed were continuously demanding for the opening of e-Kalyan scholarship portal for the session 2020-21 of the state government for a few days. After his continuous sit-in demonstration, on Wednesday, Welfare Minister Champai Soren said in the scholarship case that we have ordered to open the portal for the session 2020-21 as well. Along with the 2021-22 portal, students can also apply for the session 2020-21. Now the missed students can apply for both the sessions from the same portal.
Additional Secretary issued letter, instructed to open the portal
In this regard, the Additional Secretary of the Government has issued a letter and directed to open the portal. He said that the portal is being opened from August 8 to September 30 for the students enrolled in the year 2021 for the academic session 2020-22 of recognized B.Ed colleges of Jharkhand state. At the same time, the verification of the application by the concerned educational institution is to be done from 3 August to 20 October 2021.
