Mandatory to be on registration and license bill
Sub-Divisional Officer Chas Dilip Pratap Singh Shekhawat said that according to the instructions of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, all the food businessmen will ensure that the registration and license of FSSAI is compulsorily marked on their bills. Adulteration or blending of any other edible oil in mustard oil is prohibited. Along with this, the sale of blended mustard oil is also completely banned. According to the instructions of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, it will be mandatory to describe the full details of the food items added to the sweets through the display board along with the sweets sold in restaurants, sweet shops. Along with this, it will be mandatory to mention the last date of the edible items. He said that this process would continue by getting the operators of all food establishments to obtain food license registration, following the rules of the Safety and Standards Act.
