Ranchi DC orders speedy execution of pending cases of mutation

Ranchi, Oct 23: Deputy Commissioner Chhavi Ranjan ordered the concerned officials to execute speedy execution of pending cases of mutation during the inspection of the Ratu Circle Office today.

During the inspection, the DC inquired about the illegal mutation in the area and gave necessary directions to the concerned officer regarding the cancellation of the illegal mutation.

While reviewing the report given by the Additional Collector regarding encroachment in the zone, the DC directed the CO to free the encroached area after completing the necessary process.

While reviewing the work of mutation and demarcation in the zone, the DC directed the concerned officials to complete the pending cases at the earliest. He said that the focus should be on mutation and demarcation.

Apart from taking information about other normal activities in the circle office, the Deputy Commissioner also checked the presence of office bearers and employees. He said that all the officers/workers should reach the office on time and perform the tasks faithfully.

During this, Additional Collector Ranchi, Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Deputy Collector General Section, Nazarat Deputy Collector, Confidential Section In-charge, Circle Officer, Block Development Officer and other personnel were present.
