Alok Trivedi, additional secretary, Jharkhand government, has issued a notification in this regard according to which total 116 PG/ diploma pass doctors of RIMS and MGMMCH have been appointed at all five medical colleges of the state (barring RIMS) under a bond with the government.

According to the bond, MBBS doctors who graduate from state medical colleges must serve in the state for three years after completing their course. If a passed-out doctor fails to follow this condition, he or she will be fined between Rs 10 lakh and Rs 20 lakh.
