Ranchi, Dec. 25:   Police so far failed to get any clue of the Sudha Dairy engineering cell in-charge, Sujit Kumar, who has been missing for the last four days from his plant at Dhurwa.

Though family members of Kumar blame the manager of Sudha Dairy for disappearance of Kumar saying Kumar had some exchange of hard words with the plant manager six months ago after an incident of theft, officer-in-charge of Dhurwa police station, Praveen Kumar, who is investigating the case so far is not in a position to comment on the matter.

“It is difficult to give any conclusive statement in the matter as the matter is under investigation and so far we have left no stone unturned to get the clue of the missing person known for his committed work among the workers. Family members level allegations against the manager but they do not have anything to say why the manager could do so,” OC Kumar said.

“In CCTV footage he was last seen near a pond in the campus of Sudha Dairy. After that what happened to him is not clear. He had left his house on Wednesday at 9.30am and he was noticed by CCTV camera at 9.40am. We deployed an NDRF team also to ensure whether he had drowned but the team did not find anything suspicious. Even the dog squad failed to find any clue,” OC Kumar said

The members in the family of Kumar include his two sons, Piyush, pursuing engineering course from IIT, and Ayush, a student of JVM, Shyamli besides wife. According to them, Kumar did not have any problem except some official pressure.

Kumar, whose local residence is on airport road, is a permanent resident of Targeyar under Rasouli police station of Nawada district. He had been  transferred from Darbhanga in 2014.
