Mumbai, Jan 10: Hritik Roshan’s first look from his upcoming project ‘Vikram Vedha’ has been released on his 48th birthday on January 10. He plays the role of Vedha in the remake of the superhit Tamil film. Fans of Hrithik Roshan are eagerly anticipating the release of the film.
‘Vedha’ in the film is clothed in a black kurta and has a rustic demeanor. The original film’s Vedha was played by Vijay Sethupati.
Hrithik started shooting for Vikram Vedha in October last year. Sharing the first look of Hrithik Roshan from Vikram Vedha, director duo Pushkar-Gayathri wrote, “Here’s wishing @iHrithik a very happy birthday! It’s been mindblowing working with you! The Hindi remake of Vikram Vedha is directed by Pushkar-Gayathri, who also directed the original film, which starred R Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi. Vikram Vedha’s Hindi adaptation is set to hit theatres on September 30, 2022. Along with Hrithik Roshan, Saif Ali Khan and Radhika Apte feature in the film.
Pushkar-action Gayathri’s thriller Vikram Vedha is directed by the director team Pushkar-Gayathri. R Madhavan, Vijay Sethupathi, Shraddha Srinath, Kathir, and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar had significant roles in the Tamil remake. The old folktale Baital Pachisi inspired the storey of Vikram Vedha. Vikram, a police inspector, sets out on a quest to assassinate the mobster Vedha. He confesses to the cop and tells him stories that alter his notions of good and evil.
