Ramgarh, May 17: Judge of Jharkhand High Court and Zonal Judge of the Court of Practice Rajesh Shankar on Tuesday was on an official visit to the Session Court Ramgarh. A delegation led by Anand Agarwal, President of the District Advocates Association, welcomed him by presenting a bouquet.
On a request to set up a separate family court, bench for NI Act and Claims Cases, Justice Rajesh Shankar assured that soon a separate court would be set up for all these cases in the session court.
He told the junior advocates that the hard work they do will make the union stronger and the judges will have more convenience in dispensing justice. “New advocates should look closely at the law books and the orders of the High Court,” he said.
On this occasion, Principal District Judge Brijesh Kumar Gautam and other Judges were present.
