Chandigarh, Feb 7: Bollywood actress Mahi Gill joined BJP on Monday, two days before the Punjab elections.
Manohar Lal, the Chief Minister of Haryana, greeted Mahi Gill with a bouquet when she arrived at the party. Gajendra Shekhawat, a Union Minister, and Dushyant Gautam were also present on the occasion.

Earlier Hobby Dhaliwal, a Punjabi actor has also joined BJP.
On February 14, 2022, the Punjab Assembly Election will be held in a single phase for 117 constituencies. The results of the election will be announced on March 10.
Notably, Mahie Gill has been a part of the Hindi and Punjabi cinema industries for the past two decades. The 46-year-old made her acting debut in the 2003 film Hawayein and has since been in Punjabi films such as Khushi Mil Gayee and Sirf Panch Din.
