Mumbai, Oct 28: The Bombay High Court will resume hearing the bail plea of Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan and others on Thursday afternoon.

During arguments on Wednesday, Rohatgi, who appeared for Aryan Khan, told the court that his client was invited to the cruise as a special guest.

“No case of possession of drugs’ against Aryan Khan and that he was arrested wrongly. It was a fit case for bail,” said Rohatgi.

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) had arrested 8 people from a cruise, from Mumbai to Goa on October 3 and on the basis of their interrogation, a total of 20 people have been arrested so far. Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan has been lodged in Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail since October 8 in this case along with another accused Arbaaz Merchant. Whereas, Munmun Dhamecha is at Byculla Women Prison. Aryan is accused of possessing and using drugs under the NDPS act.
