Ranchi: Jharkhand BJP President and Leader of the Opposition Babulal Marandi paid tribute to Intelligence Bureau (IB) officer Manish Ranjan at Ranchi Airport, who was martyred in the recent terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir.
Babulal Marandi said:
“This incident is unforgivable under any circumstance. It is a cowardly and condemnable act. The Government of India is taking the attack very seriously, and I am fully confident that those behind this heinous act will face a befitting response. Their handlers will also not be spared. The government is fully prepared on all fronts, and the experts are deciding the time and method of retaliation — but it is certain that the time has come.”
Babulal Marandi also shared a post on his official handle on X (formerly Twitter), expressing his condolences to the slain IB officer.
“In Ranchi, I paid floral tribute at the airport to the mortal remains of IB officer Manish Ranjan, who was martyred in the cowardly terrorist attack in Pahalgam. We stand in solidarity with the grieving family during this painful time. May God grant eternal peace to the departed soul and strength to the family to bear this irreparable loss.”
