Bank of India celebrates National Doctors’ Day

Ranchi, July 1: While celebrating National Doctors’ Day at Gulmohar Hospital near Booty More today, the Ranchi Zone of the Bank of India explained a special loan scheme designed with doctors’ needs in mind.

The scheme is known as the ‘BOI STAR DOCTORS PLUS Scheme’. According to the scheme, a loan of up to Rs 50 crore can be granted for the establishment of a hospital or clinic. Aside from that, the loan scheme allows for Rs 5 crore in running capital and up to Rs 2 crore in ambulance or vehicle purchases.

Bank officials in attendance included zonal manager Sanjeev Kumar Singh, Amit Kumar Dubey, credit manager of the BoI Bariatu branch, and marketing managers Deepak Kumar, Asmita Sinha, and Raj Kumar.

On this occasion, doctors were given mementos. They were also recognised for the good they did for society.

Dr. Anchal Kumar, the owner of Gulmohar Hospital and a well-known orthopaedic surgeon, expressed his gratitude to the bank. A large number of hospital employees were also present.
