BCCL bags first prize for highest increase in net sales

Dhanbad, Nov 4: Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) Dhanbad famous for prime coking coal got first prize for highest percentage increase in net sales and maintain quality production in 2022.

The union minister for coal, mines and parliamentary affair Prahlad Joshi presented the award to chairman cum managing director (CMD) of Bharat Coking Coal Limited Samiran Dutta on 48th foundation day of Coal India Limited (CIL) .

Beside it, BCCL Kusunda Area General Manager (GM) Vishnu Kumar Goel and BCCL departmental chief (P and P) Neeraj Kumar were also given best general manager in Coal India subsidiary company and best departmental chief respectively by coal minister on the occasion.

Coal India Limited management has highly appreciated the performance and expressed pleasure on prestigious award to BCCL.

CIL chairman Pramod Agrawal said this certificate is issued in appreciation of its (BCCL) performance. Coal India Limited wishes Bharat Coking Coal Limited greater success in its all activities in the year to come.

CIL chairman, who was in Dhanbad on Thursday, highly appreciated working culture and performance of BCCL after review meeting of company. He said BCCL has been given target of 32 million ton of coal production in current financial years and hope under leadership of Samiran Dutta company would be able to achieve.

While receiving the award, BCCL chairman cum managing director Samiran Dutta dedicated it to his officers and employees for their dedication and discharging responsibility.
