Patna: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) declared the Intermediate (Class 12) Annual Examination results on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, with girls sweeping top ranks across all major streams. Education Minister Sunil Kumar, Additional Chief Secretary Dr. S. Siddharth, and BSEB Chairman Anand Kishore officially released the results, which recorded an overall pass percentage of 86.50%.

This year, the evaluation of over 12.8 lakh answer sheets was completed in a record 27 days, showcasing the board’s efficiency. Students can now check their results on the official websites—interresult2025.com and interbiharboard.com.

Girls Shine Across Streams

Girls once again emerged as academic frontrunners in the Bihar Board Inter 2025 results, outperforming boys in the Science, Arts, and Commerce streams. Their stellar performance reflects the growing impact of educational reforms and rising societal support for girls’ education in Bihar.

Top Performers In Bihar Board Inter 2025

Science Stream:

• 🥇 Priya Jaiswal secured the state topper position with 484 marks (96.80%).

• 🥈 Akash Kumar followed closely with 480 marks (96.00%).

• Other top female scorers include Anupriya (477) and Varsha Rani (476).

Arts Stream:

• 🥇 Ankita Kumari and Shakib Shah jointly topped the stream with 473 marks (94.60%).

• Notable ranks also went to Anushka Kumari, Rokaiya Fatma, and Sanyya Kumari.

Commerce Stream:

• 🥇 Raushani Kumari led the stream with 475 marks (95.00%).

• Other high achievers include Antra Khushi and Shrishti Kumari.

Gender-Wise Performance Overview

• Science: 91.29% girls passed vs 88.63% boys

• Commerce: 97% girls cleared the exam vs 93.62% boys

• Arts: 85.04% girls passed vs 78.94% boys

The consistent outperformance by female students highlights a paradigm shift in Bihar’s academic landscape, where girls are excelling in both traditional and technical fields.
