Bihar: Prarambhika to organise CBSE Inter School Football Tournament

Ranchi, Nov 29: Prarambhika Educational Trust is hosting the CBSE Cluster Football Tournament (Boys), for all CBSE-affiliated schools of Bihar and Jharkhand. One of the first in Bihar, the tournament is being organised at Prarambhika, Patna from December 5 to 8.  

Notably, more than 60 schools from both states have registered. The food and accommodation for all the players have been arranged at the fully equipped in-campus hostel.  

 

Moreover, the winning team will qualify for CBSE Zonal/ National Tournament. It is a remarkable opportunity for the upcoming footballers of Bihar and Jharkhand to realize their dreams and make it big in this global sport.

The Director of Prarambhika Sumit Prakash spoke to Lagatar24.com and said that this is the first time such a tournament is happening in Bihar.

“From 5th to 8th we will organise the tournament which will start with the knockout matches and will enter into the semis. The idea is to promote football and the winning team will go on to play Nationals of CBSE. We are dedicated in finding talent in the grassroots level,” the director said.
