New Delhi: The Bharatiya Janata Party’s newly appointed Working President, Nitin Nabin, formally assumed charge in the national capital on Monday, marking the beginning of his tenure at the party’s central leadership level.
Grand Welcome at Airport and Party Headquarters
Upon his arrival in Delhi, Nitin Nabin received a warm welcome at the airport from Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva and senior leader Vinod Tawde. From there, he was escorted to the BJP headquarters, where party workers greeted him with slogans and a celebratory reception. Senior leaders, including JP Nadda and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, were present to welcome him.
Top BJP Leaders Extend Congratulations
At the party headquarters, Union Ministers Piyush Goyal, Dharmendra Pradhan, Giriraj Singh, and senior BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad, among others, congratulated Nitin Nabin and presented bouquets. JP Nadda personally escorted him to the president’s chair, symbolically handing over responsibilities, as leaders and workers congratulated him on his new role.
