Ranchi, June 10: The State coordination committee, which was constituted taking representatives of all the allied partners of the JMM-led Jharkhand government including Congress, NCP and RJD, today during its meeting alleged the BJP of misusing the Jharkhand High Court and the Raj Bhawan to obstruct government decisions.

The meeting was held at the residence of committee chairman, Shibu Soren, who is JMM supremo, father of Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren and a Rajya Sabha member. A total of 12 points were discussed in this meeting. All the members of the committee were present at this meeting.

Committee member Vinod Pandey informed the media regarding the observation saying that the committee has advised the government to resend all those bills with proper corrections which were returned by the governor. The bills are related to local policy, recruitment policy, OBC Reservation and Mob Lynching.

Informing about the other decisions taken in the meeting, Pandey said the committee decided to send a delegation to meet the President and discuss the demand for the Sarna code in the census column for the distinct identity of the tribes. The coordination delegation, Pandey said, will request the President to get the proposal approved by the union government which has already been approved and passed by the state cabinet and the state assembly respectively.

Pandey said that the committee also discussed the issue of delay in the appointment on different posts of commissions and expansion of TVNL pending due to the absence of a leader of the opposition and decided to find an alternative way to get the appointment done.

The committee during the meeting also demanded proper direction from the government to officials to take their co-operation during their visit to any district.

The committee advised the government that in the projects for which land is acquired, benefits should be given to the raiyats without delay. To help the displaced, the meeting of the committee constituted in the districts should be held compulsorily every 3 months, the committee demanded.

It was decided that the committee would meet every month. Apart from Chairman Shibu Soren, members Alamgir Alam, Satyanand Bhokta, Sarfaraz Ahmed, Rajesh Thakur, Yogendra Mahto, Fagu Besra and Vinod Pandey attended the meeting.
