Ranchi, April 24: BJP sought clarification from CM Hemant Soren and Congress party leaders on the viral video clip showing state health minister Gupta engaged in a sexual video chat with a woman.
BJP state spokesperson Saroj Singh said that it was expected from CM Soren to clarify as the concerned minister is his senior cabinet colleague and Congress should speak on the issue as the concerned person is one of the four congress party legislatures in the cabinet of the JMM led UPA government.
The spokesperson also questioned the silence of senior congress leader of the party Rahul Gandhi saying that ‘the crown prince of the Congress party, Mr Rahul Gandhi, does not even have a tweet in this regard, exposes the cunning character of the Congress.’
Spokesperson Singh said that the public is also looking towards the state Congress to see what action the party takes against the party colleague sitting on such a responsible post.
The video had become viral on Sunday. Gupta had registered an FIR in this connection at Jamshedpur.
