Mumbai, June 17: Bombay High Court on Friday dismissed the pleas of Maharashtra Minister Nawab Mallik and former Home Minister Anil Deshmukh for permission to cast their votes on June 20th for the MLC polls. Now, both of them will not be allowed to cast their votes.
Notably, both Nawab Malik and Anil Deshmukh are in judicial custody since their arrest by the Enforcement Directorate. Earlier, the Bombay high court denied quick relief to both of them for a day of bail to vote in the upcoming Rajya Sabha elections.
