CCL Barka Syal inter-project sports competition begins in Ramgarh

Ramgarh, Dec.17: The two-day Barka Syal inter-project sports competition 2021-22 was inaugurated on Friday at Mahatma Gandhi Stadium in Urimari of CCL Barka Syal.

 

The competition was inaugurated by Amresh Kumar Singh, General Manager at CCL Barka Syal by hoisting the flag and lighting the torch. Children of DAV Urimari greeted the guests by presenting a welcome song.

 

Players from Urimari Project, Bhurkunda Project/ Regional Workshop, General Manager Office, Sayal-Saunda D-Central Saunda-Regional Store and Birsa Project are participating in the competition.

 

On the first day, players of both men and women teams have entered the field to compete in running, shot put, high jump, long jump, hammer throw, relay race, discus throw, and hurdle.

 

AITUC President Ramendra Kumar, RR Srivastava, GM Operation Vinod Kumar, Deputy Dinesh Kumar Sharma, Urimari PO PK Sinha, SP Sahay, Rameshwar Munda, Rishabh Kumar, Subodh Kumar, Sanjay Kumar Singh, Ramashish Kumar, Vinamra Jain, were present at the inaugural ceremony.
