Ramgarh, Dec 5: The body of a CCL employee was found in a car outside his own residence in CCL residential colony, Rajrappa area of Ramgarh district.
The deceased is identified as 35-year-old Koplesh Munda, a resident of Koihara of Bhuchungdih Panchayat of Chitarpur block. He was working as a dozer operator in CCL Karma Project, Kuju.
Rajrappa police have started investigation in the matter. Local people said that on the night of December 3, at around 9, he reached his residence after consuming excessive alcohol with one of his companion. Both of them slept in their Hyundai car outside their home as the door was not opened by his wife.
On the morning of December 4, his companion went to his house, while he was sleeping in the car. When he did not get out of the car till around 2.30 pm, the people around went to see him and he was found dead.
Inspector Vipin Kumar, in-charge of the police station, reached the spot. After taking full details of the matter, the car was inspected and the body has been sent to Sadar Hospital Ramgarh for post-mortem.
“He was suffering from kidney and liver problems. The death may have happened due to alcohol intoxication, but only after the post-mortem report, anything further can be said,” said Inspector Bipin Kumar.
