CCL launches web portal for online tracking of retired staff’s medical bills

Ranchi, June 27: The Central Coalfields Ltd (CCL) today launched a Web Portal for online tracking of medical bills under CPRMSE/NE of retired employees.

This portal will increase the company’s operational transparency and allow the retired employees to monitor their medical bills online.

CCL CMD P.M.Prasad, former CCL CMDs-  S.K. Verma and Gopal Singh-Director (Tech./Oprns.) R.B.Prasad, Director (Personnel) H.N.Mishra, Director (P&P) B. Sairam, Retired Director (Pers.) GD Gulab, CVO Pankaj Kumar, along with General Managers, HoDs and a significant number of employees were present on the occasion . The portal is developed in-house by the CCL’s System department in collaboration with the Medical department.

Utkarsh magazine highlighting the accomplishments of the company was also launched on the occasion.

Speaking during the event, the CMD expressed his delight on the launch of the portal and remarked that such initiatives will promote transparency within the organisation. Moreover, he commended the portal’s creators for their phenomenal work.

The employees will also receive text messages on their registered mobile number at various points during the processing of their bill. Now they will be able to monitor their medical bills from any location after registering at the portal.

Director (Pers) H.N.Mishra stated that the company is devoted towards increasing the transparency of its operations and initiatives such as these are testament of this commitment. He added, the company will undertake numerous initiatives of this nature in future.

Union representatives and former CMDs Gopal Singh and S.K.Verma also congratulated the company on the development of this portal, stating that it will be a wonderful boon for retired workers.
GM (System) V. S.  Maharaj, along with his team, CMS, CCL Dr. Suman Singh, and CMS, CCL Dr. Ratnesh Jain, played a significant role in the portal’s development.
