Ranchi, May 23: JMM general secretary and spokesperson Supriyo Bhattacharya today alleged the central probe agencies of reporting to Godda MP Nishikant Dubey saying the parliamentarian tweets the information regarding the action of central agencies before it is taken.
He alleged that the constitutional bodies of the country are not doing anything on their own but work under the direction of the BJP leaders in general and Godda MP in particular.
Sharing an example to support his allegation, Bhattacharya said how come the Godda MP knows that the third wicket is going to be down. How come he has access to all the messages of officers?, he questioned.
Levelling allegations, Bhattacharya urged the high court and the Supreme Court to take suo-motu cognisance of the matter as it is required to save the democratic structure and protect the sanctity of the constitutional bodies of the country. The JMM leader also asked the union ministers to look into the matter.
Expressing his concern over the information regarding the ED raids in Jharkhand coming through different means, Bhattacharya asked the enforcement directorate to share an official statement.
He said since May 6 to May 23 more than a fortnight has passed but the ED has not come up with any official information regarding the MNREGA scam, Kathautia Mines scam, and Momentum Jharkhand scam while concocted stories regarding these scams are hogging the limelight through social media, newspapers and electronic media channel.
