Ramgarh, Dec 22: To inculcate the spirit of sportsmanship and discipline in the minds of the students, PVUN Ltd is continuing with its “Sports Kit Distribution Drive” under its community development initiatives.
On Thursday, the Swarnrekha Mahila Samiti distributed the kits in the SS High School, Patratu in the presence of the principal, staff and students. It includes cricket kits, football kits, carrom sets, volleyball sets, chess sets, skipping ropes, and team dresses.
Sarita Jha, General Secretary and Deepika Roy, Welfare Secretary spoke to students about the importance of physical and mental health to excel in life. This drive is aimed at engaging the youth in sports by channelizing their energy in the right direction.
The Sports Kit Distribution Drive is a part of the campaign – “Chalo School Chale” by PVUN, which aims to bring children back to school, ensuring their education and further reducing the school dropout rate.
