Chhattisgarh: Forces gun down one Naxal, one jawan sustains minor injuries

Bijapur, March 11: One Naxal was killed while one DRG jawan sustained minor injuries in a joint operation by DRG and CRPF around 8:30 am on Friday. The encounter occurred in the jungle under Naimed Police Station limit in Bijapur district, informed Bastar IG P Sundarraj.

“The Naxal killed by security forces in a joint operation this morning had Rs 3 lakh reward on his head,” said Bastar IG P Sundarraj.
