A speaker of the session Jyoti Pandey, psychological counsellor, life skills trainer and founder of Purple Hues, while addressing the forum on ‘Power of Thoughts’ observed, “Thoughts are energy and the kind of thoughts we create is the kind of energy surrounding us. This forms our aura. Each thought transmits vibrations which create our personality”.
She went on to say that in the present situation, people have lost touch with themselves and this is the reason why today, despite all material comforts, people feel an emptiness inside. “We are not able to appreciate and enjoy this beautiful life, ” she pointed out.

The concepts were aimed at empowering one’s mind to take charge of present life situations to create positive life outcomes, shape a lovely future and easily let go of the past.
Methods of manifestation of thoughts, practicing self-love through ensuring positive and encouraging self talks, looking at life situations in varied perspectives and making the right choices in life with a solution-oriented mindset.
Over 100 delegates participated in the online event.
Significantly, in 2013, the Confederation of Indian Industry launched the Indian Women Network (IWN) –with the vision of being the largest network for career women.
The thought behind the formation of IWN was that career women require a structured network to meet like-minded women to discuss and overcome challenges that they might be facing at the workplace.
IWN works towards enabling women to become better professionals and achievers in their respective fields through initiatives and activities to facilitate – a supportive network, a platform to learn, exchange ideas and an avenue to network and grow.
