Dhanbad, May 21: Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel identified as Jay Singho committed suicide by hanging with a bathroom gate in his rented house under Jorapokhar police station around 11 km away from district headquarters on Saturday evening.
Jorapokhar police station officer in -charge Binod Oraon told media persons that the CISF personnel was found hanging in his bathroom at around 6.30 pm on Saturday. He was immediately brought to Jealgora Hospital of Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) where the doctor declared him brought dead.
Jay Singho (29), a resident of Mednipur of West Bengal was posted in BCCL. He was living in a rented house behind the Jorapokhar police station with his wife.
Wife Sushmita Singho said that after taking lunch she had gone to bed. In the evening she found him hanging in the bathroom.
The couple was married one year ago. Sushmita Singho said that he was under high debt notwithstanding looked normal. He did not show any sign of depression which could lead him to commit suicide.
After getting information CISF assistant commander Bhupendra Singh also reached the house of Jay Singho and took a detailed report of the incident.
