Conspiracy against the government: SIT team formed for investigation, police team went to Delhi to investigate

Ranchi: On the night of 22 July, Ranchi Police arrested three people after raiding Hotel Le-Lac. All three are accused of conspiring against the JMM-Congress-RJD government of Jharkhand. Jharkhand Police intensified its investigation in this case. SIT team has been formed to investigate the whole matter. The team has gone to Delhi to investigate. The team that went to Delhi is being led by DSP Animesh Naithani. The investigation team will collect evidence from hotels in Delhi where the MLAs had stayed and met the alleged leaders of Maharashtra. The police will also check the CCTV footage and hotel records of those places. Three MLAs met Maharashtra BJP leader in Delhi on July 15

On July 15, Amit Kumar Singh, a resident of Bokaro, sent an Indigo flight ticket PNR no- OMZMRW to Abhishek Kumar Dubey, a resident of Ratu Road. Tickets were also purchased from another PNR No- IGCT2V. Jai Kumar Belkhede, a resident of Maharashtra had given ticket to Amit Kumar Singh. Amit Kumar Singh, Nivaran Mahto and three local MLAs went to Delhi by this flight at 6.10 pm. One Innova and one Scorpio from Delhi airport along with all the three MLAs reached Hotel VIVANTA. Jai Kumar Balkhede’s bodyguard Abhishek Mishra was also with everyone. From the hotel, all the two Maharashtra BJP MLAs met Chandrashekhar Rao Bawankule and Charan Singh. Apart from this, all the three MLAs were mixed with many big leaders. After a 15-minute meeting with a big leader, everyone returned. After returning, all the MLAs went to Jharkhand Bhawan.

If one crore was not received, the three MLAs returned in anger

On July 16, the three MLAs were introduced to another big leader, where it was said to give one crore rupees to the MLAs, but it was not given immediately. This angered everyone and returned to Ranchi by flight at 3.55 o’clock of the day. On July 21, Jai Kumar Belkhede reached Ranchi by flight at 2.30 pm and stayed at Hotel Le Lac. Jai Kumar kept in touch with the local MLAs continuously. Apart from Jai Kumar, Ashutosh Thakkar and Amit Kumar Yadav also stayed in the hotel. Here too Jai Kumar called Abhishek Dubey. A person named Santosh Kumar was talking to two MLAs. Apart from this, an alleged journalist Kundan Singh also spoke to two MLAs. Many information will also be collected from the airline Indigo.

Many information will also be collected by the investigation team from the airport authority and airline Indigo. The police will also contact the airport authority and Indigo in this matter and ask for information about which passengers were booked from two PNR numbers. Along with this, the police will also find out who had paid the ticket. The police is preparing to take the three accused on remand.
