Ranchi: In a bid to resolve electricity bill-related issues of consumers in the Kokar area of Ranchi, a Consumer Grievance Redressal Cell has been formed. The dedicated cell will work specifically to address and resolve billing discrepancies faced by residents.

According to Executive Engineer Gaurav Kumar, three staff members have been deputed to the cell. They will be available every day from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM to assist consumers with their complaints.

A helpline number has also been issued for the convenience of the public. Consumers can call or WhatsApp their billing-related grievances to 6201382424. Apart from registering complaints, consumers can also receive complete details about their electricity bills via this number.

The initiative is expected to streamline the redressal process and improve customer satisfaction in the Kokar locality.
