Ramgarh, June 25: Corona is back in the Hazaribagh district. Following tests made in numerous labs throughout the district, a total of six infections have been confirmed by the officials of the health department.

The district administration has now made adherence to the Covid protocol mandatory. In the past, the government has issued directives in this regard.

Three infected have been confirmed in the RTPCR lab operated at Sheikh Bhikhari Medical College. Of these, two (a 12-year-old boy and a 35-year-old woman) are from the Chauparan block while the third is a 33-year-old male from the urban area.

The other infected people have been found through the TrueNat test which includes a person from the Katakamsandi block, Sadar block and one from an urban area.

At present, all the infected have been advised to get treated in isolation at their homes.

Corona cases have been rising in the nation over the past few days once again. People are referring to it as the fourth wave of corona infection.

Hazaribagh district experienced its first instance of Coronavirus on April 2, 2020.
