Mumbai, Oct 29: Even as the Bombay High Court has granted bail to Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan, he has to spend another night in the Arthur Road Jail. The special court had issued the release papers that needed to be submitted to the jail superintendent by 6 pm today to secure his release by Friday evening but the 5.30 pm deadline for paperwork at the jail has been missed. Now, Aryan Khan will walk out of the jail tomorrow as the legal team had missed the deadline.
Earlier, Actor Juhi Chawla reached the Special NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) court on Friday evening and signed the ?1 lakh bond for Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan.
Notably, Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan has been lodged in Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail since October 8 in this case along with another accused Arbaaz Merchant. Whereas, Munmun Dhamecha is at Byculla Women Prison.
