Mumbai, Oct 13: Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan’s bail application got adjourned in the session’s court today. The court has postponed the hearing till Thursday. The bench will hear the matter once again from 12 o’clock tomorrow.

Earlier, the NCB filed its reply in the Special NDPS Court in which they opposed Aryan’s bail saying that ‘role of one of the accused cannot be separated from the other’. There was no recovery from the accused (Aryan Khan), yet he is involved in this whole conspiracy.

NCB in its reply called Aryan an ‘influential person and that he can tamper with the evidence. The investigating agency said that it is clear that accused Achit Kumar and Shivraj Harijan supplied charas to accused Aryan Khan and Arbaaz Merchant.

The NCB further said that there is material in our records which shows that Aryan Khan was in contact with some people abroad who appear to be part of an international drug network for illegal purchase of drugs. The investigation is still on.
