Mumbai, Oct 11: A Special Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS) court in Mumbai on Monday ordered that it would hear the bail plea of Aryan Khan on Wednesday. The court has also asked the NCB to file its reply on Wednesday morning and argue on the matter in the second half.

Notably, the Mumbai Magistrate court had on Thursday sent Aryan and seven others to judicial custody for 14 days. On Friday, the Esplanade court had rejected the bail plea of Aryan Khan, Arbaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha in the case related to the cruise ship drug raid. After that Aryan’s lawyer Satish Manshinde had filed the application in the special NDPS court on Saturday.
