Patna: Cyclone Dana has begun to weaken, but its impact has been felt in Bihar as well. The weather suddenly changed in the capital, Patna, resulting in light rainfall. On Saturday, eastern and south-central parts of Bihar experienced winds at speeds of 15-20 km per hour. According to the Patna Meteorological Center, temperatures in the state could drop by three to four degrees Celsius in the next 24 hours.
The impact of Cyclone Dana on the Odisha coast is gradually diminishing. Several districts in Bihar witnessed rainfall, with the highest recorded at Amour in Purnia at 23.4 mm. Light drizzling occurred in Patna and surrounding areas on Friday, with cloudy skies. The maximum temperature in Patna saw a drop of 4.3 degrees Celsius.
