DAV Hazaribag boy wins four medals in 6th East Zone Shooting Championship

VISHVENDU JAIPURIAR

Hazaribagh, Sept 30: Kunal Ranjan, a class X student of DAV Public School, Hazaribag brought laurels to his school and district by winning four medals in different groups in the 6th East Zone Shooting Championship Rifles and Pistol.

Principal Ashok Kumar congratulated and felicitated Kunal Ranjan in the school for his excellent performance. He said Kunal won the gold medal in the sub-youth, silver medal in the youth group and bronze medal in the junior group. This competition was held in Asansol, West Bengal.

The principal informed that earlier too, Kunal won the silver medal in Tanvety Fifth All India Kumar Surendra Singh Shooting Championship.

For this achievement,  chairman of the school J K Kapoor, director JP Shoor, ARO Jharkhand Zone-D Dr Urmila Singh,  manager Manoj Mishra, vice chairman Dinesh Khandelwal and all the members of the Local Managing Committee congratulated  Kunal Ranjan.
