Ranchi: The Ministry of Home Affairs has once again extended the last date for submitting nominations for the “Home Minister’s Excellence Medal 2025”. Candidates can now submit their nominations until August 10.
Revised Deadline Communicated to States
A formal letter regarding the extension has been sent by the Home Ministry to the Chief Secretaries and Directors General of Police (DGPs) of all states, including Jharkhand. Initially, the deadline was set for July 15, which was then extended to July 31 and has now been further postponed to August 10.
Approval from Competent Authority
The ministry clarified that the decision to extend the deadline has been taken with the approval of competent authorities. It has also requested all relevant officials to ensure that nominations are submitted by the new deadline without fail.
