Deoghar, April 20: The Panda Dharm Rakshani Sabha of Deoghar has decided to conduct Common  Upnayan Sansakar once again this year. The basic idea behind organising such an event is to support those who are economically weak and are facing a financial crunch to carry expensive traditions like Upnayan Sansakar.

Talking to lagatar24.com, Manoj Mishra, vice president of the Sabha, said that the purpose is to help those who fail to get it done timely and at genuine age simply due to lack of money. Conducting Upnayan Sansakar traditionally demands a lot of money he added. So the Sabha had taken an initiative in 2020 but due to the clamping of lockdown it could not be realised.

A Common Upanayan Sansakar event was held first time in 2022 in which 30 “Barua”  got served Upnayan Sansakar.

He said, “We will provide each and every requisites of rituals to be used and even dinner for purohit and guests will be served”.

Aspirants are required to fill up an application to the Sabha, he added. Five applications have been received so far.

Rudra Ashram better known as Samaj Wadi nowadays has been marked as the venue this time also.

Notably, it is Panda Dharm Rakshani Sabha that has been distributing stationary materials to kids on eve of Saraswati Pooja and the Sabha has drawn the attention by sitting on fast unto death demanding to start registration of Lakhraj land.
