After meeting the victim’s family members on Tuesday evening, AJSU chief Sudesh Mahto assured them full help on his part.
“ The BCCL suspends its employees who refuse to give up their land. Parwati Kumari was murdered. If responsible officers are not arrested he would launch agitation right from the road to the assembly,” announced Dhulu Mahto.
Parwati Kumari, daughter of suspended staff member Fatik Chandra Mahto, was found hanging in the washroom of the GM office on Monday afternoon. She had been making rounds of the GM office for the last several days for the withdrawal of the suspension order of her father. Fatik Chandra Mahto had been suspended for obstructing office work.
