Dr. Bhushan is the first individual from outside the state capital to be elected to this distinguished position.
“Selection of Dr. Bhushan as the president of Central Zone is a matter of pride for Dhanbad as well as Jharkhand state. It is also a recognition of Dhanbad’s doctors at the national level. The conference was successful. Since eminent orthopedic doctors across the country participated in the conference, theoretical and practical workshops gave huge information to medicos,” said Prof ( Dr) Kailash Prasad who is a famous orthopedic doctor of Jharkhand.
Dr. Bhushan has been elected the zonal president for his outstanding contribution in the field of orthopedic treatment and organizing serious CME programmes.
“Now with the election of Dr Bhushan as zonal chairman, no patient of Dhanbad from the orthopedic field will be required to go out for treatment. Now, the number of workshops on the orthopedic field will be increased and doctors will get maximum opportunity to exchange their views,” said Dr RN Choudhary, a retired professor of Patliputra Medical College Hospital, Dhanbad.
Dr. Bhushan said that during his tenure as president he would focus on organizing maximum CME programmes in the state and elevating Dhanbad as Medical tourism.
