Dhanbad, Dec 14: Jharkhand Industries and Trade Association (JITA) in collaboration with Commercial Clients Group Marketing Kolkata is going to organize the India International Trade Fair in Dhanbad. In this regard, officials of both the organizations today signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
JITA president Amitesh Sahay and Secretary Rajiv Sharma along with Chandan Banerjee and Arvindam Chatterjee from CCG Marketing Kolkata signed on the MoU.
This is the first time that the India International Trade will be organized in Dhanbad where stalls of Malaysia, Thailand, Iran, Bangladesh, United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan and over 15 states of India will be installed.
Amitesh Sahay said that the fair will provide a market to industries, business opportunities to traders of the region and job opportunities to youth.
“This fair will be a new bridge of the coal belt’s industrial growth and will give a new dimension in the development of business,” said JITA secretary Rajiv Sharma.
The 10-day fair will be organized in 2022, from March 4-14, and a total of 150 stalls will be installed. Members of JITA will be given priority for installing their stalls.
“Covid guidelines and directives of the state government will be followed on a priority basis in the fair. JITA will establish coordination with officers of the district administration and state government,” said Rajiv Sharma.
Sharma also said that the mission of JITA is to remove the hurdle that comes in the way of setting up industry and in this organization has become successful so far.
Besides the president and secretary, Atul Dokania, Aman Singh and Rajiv Ghosh were present at the meeting held at Union Club.
