According to reports, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth were present at the base during the incident. Their residences are located within the same military facility, raising the seriousness of the security breach.

Authorities Consider Relocation For Safety

Following the drone sightings, officials reportedly discussed relocating both leaders to safer locations. The presence of high-ranking officials at the base during the incident intensified the response from security agencies.

Pentagon spokesperson Sean Parnell declined to share further details citing security concerns. He also termed public reporting of such sensitive incidents as irresponsible.

High-Level Meeting And Global Alert Issued

After the incident, a high-level meeting was held at the White House. The US military has since been placed on high alert, and security measures have been tightened across all army bases.

FP-CON Charlie Alert Activated Worldwide
